• Growth returned across 17 of 19 markets. Q2 2026 posted 1–3% quarter-over-quarter net growth across most tracked European country-code domains.

• Cloudflare is the biggest gainer. It overtook IONOS in new-domain volume and is growing five times faster than the market.

• Eleven operators made both leaderboards. More than half of the Top 20 now combine acquisition momentum with growth velocity, up from five in Q1.
